At Kingsway, there are a few programs that students, who are struggling with alcohol and drug use, can go to. There are two school-wide programs which include SADD Club and the Random Drug Testing Program. The goal of SADD is to show Kingsway students how to take a stand against drug and alcohol use. The Random Drug Testing Programs goal is to protect students from harmful substances. Corcoran offers substance use counseling, and Social and Emotional Counseling are available through the school. Lastly, Corcoran works with parents and students to connect them with community-based and/or therapeutic support.
