JV Boys Soccer Finishes a Strong Season

The JV Boys Soccer Team finished the 2018 season with an impressive 12-2-1 record.

One of their last games of the season was on Tuesday October 23 against Deptford Township. The Dragons won the game 6-0, adding yet another win to the team’s already excellent season. Their final game was on Thursday October 25 against Salesianum.

Team Captain and center back, sophomore Evan Bretz, said “Despite not being able to score as much as we would have liked, our defense was really strong this season which kept us in the game, especially in these last few.”

Sophomore Bode Camann, stated that he was “proud of the Dragon’s successful season.” This year, the team was able to improve in the number of wins from last year’s season.”

The team was coached this year by Drew Laverty, a high school history teacher and Kingsway alum.
